Andrej Kandus & Co.

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 9, 2026

How information is handled when you visit our website and contact us about your privacy.

1. Who is responsible for this website

This website is presented under the brand Andrej Kandus & Co. (“AK&C,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The legal operator is Able Systems Corporation. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you visit this website or contact us about it.

This policy covers our public website and related privacy inquiries. It does not replace any separate privacy notice that may apply to a client relationship, insurance application, financial service, carrier, or other professional provider.

2. Information handled through this website

Technical information. Webflow hosts this website and serves its pages and images. Webflow and its infrastructure providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, request date and time, and HTTP headers when you visit. This processing supports website delivery, security, troubleshooting, and hosting operations. See Webflow’s Privacy Policy for information about its practices.

Information you choose to send. When you make an inquiry, we record your name, email address, and phone number in Google Sheets. Company management can access those records. If you contact our designated privacy address, we also receive the information you include in your message. Please provide only what is needed to explain your question or request.

Current website features. This version of the website has no active contact or newsletter form, user account, document upload, payment facility, or integrated appointment scheduler. The Discovery buttons do not currently submit an appointment request. We will update this policy and provide any required notices before introducing features that change how information is collected or used.

Please do not send Social Security numbers, account numbers, medical records, passwords, or other sensitive financial or health information through a general website inquiry.

3. How information is used

Technical information is processed to deliver and protect the website, diagnose errors, and maintain hosting services. Inquiry contact details are used to respond to and manage inquiries. Information you send in a privacy inquiry is used to respond, verify a request where necessary, and keep appropriate records of its handling. Information may also be used to comply with applicable legal requirements and resolve disputes.

4. Service providers and disclosures

Our website hosting provider is Webflow, which uses infrastructure and other service providers in operating its platform. We use Google Workspace for business email and Google Sheets to track client inquiries, recording names, email addresses, and phone numbers. Company management can access these records for inquiry handling. Apart from the software providers supporting these activities, we do not share inquiry contact details outside the company, including with referral partners. Information may be disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims.

Our current website does not have a connected appointment scheduler or email-marketing service.

5. Cookies, analytics, and browser signals

We have not enabled visitor analytics, advertising pixels, retargeting, or cross-site advertising personalization in this website’s current configuration. Our hosting provider may process technical data and use technologies necessary to deliver and secure its services. The absence of an inquiry form does not mean that a visit produces no technical information.

There is no optional advertising or cross-site tracking configured by us on this version of the website to switch off in response to a browser “Do Not Track” signal. Such a signal does not prevent the technical processing needed to serve a page. Browser settings can let you manage cookies and local storage, although blocking them may affect some website features.

For questions about website technologies or your privacy preferences, contact us using the details below.

6. Retention and security

We have not yet established a fixed retention period or deletion schedule for inquiry records stored in Google Sheets. Hosting records are subject to the hosting provider’s applicable retention practices. You may contact us to ask about retention of your correspondence and to request deletion, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.

No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Use only an agreed secure channel if sensitive information is needed for a professional engagement.

Company management can access the inquiry register. If you would like us to review or delete your inquiry details, please contact us.

7. Your questions and privacy choices

You may contact us to ask about personal information associated with you and request access, correction, or deletion. The rights and exceptions that apply depend on the laws governing the business and the information involved. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, using information proportionate to that purpose.

You can also contact us by telephone at (800) 799-7503. Please identify your request and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant inquiry record; do not send sensitive identity documents unless we request them through an appropriate channel.

8. Children and other websites

This website is intended for adults seeking information about retirement and wealth planning. It is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact the privacy address so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Links to independently operated websites lead to services with their own privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information. This website currently has no integrated appointment scheduler or email-marketing service. We will update this policy before connecting services that change how personal information is handled.

9. Changes to this policy

We will post changes to this policy on this page and update its effective date. For material changes, we will provide a prominent website notice and any additional notice or choice required by applicable law. Introducing new analytics, advertising, forms, scheduling, or data-sharing arrangements requires a review of this policy before those features are enabled.
